Alumni

Hello alumni and other friends of UNI Computer Science!

We hope that you can join us for our 15th Anniversary Open House!

Come to see our new digs in the ITTC (the renovated East Gym). Visit with some of your professors — Carl Wehner and Walter Beck have confirmed attendance, as has David Duncan, who was head of the Math department from the inception of CS programs at UNI almost to the day CS became a separate department. David and Carl are our resident historians and will share some of their memories of the early days.

You'll also have a chance to meet current faculty and students, and see some of what's happening these days in Computer Science.

If you can't join us, watch for a report of the festivities in our next newsletter!

Last spring, the department launched its new newsletter, (infinite-loop). If you did not receive a copy, please download a PDF version here:

And if you wonder about the name (infinite-loop)...

If you are an alumnus or alumna of UNI Computer Science -- even if before the department separated from Mathematics -- we would love to hear from you! Send us e-mail at dept@cs.uni.edu.
