We will use MS VisualStudio as our programming environment CS and ITC computer labs have Visual Studio 2013. Students can download Visual Studio 2015 (Community) at the DreamSpark site. (I think Visual Studio 2013 may be available for download but am not sure where.) Alternatively, go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48146, expand/click on the install instructions, and follow those directions to "Install over the Internet:", i.e., getting and running the .exe file.
