Layer menu > New command > Solid subcommand The SOLID was a rectangle say 100 wide by 50 high or 150 width by height 75. We animated the POSITION and the SCALE of the solid. The solid was a LAYER in After Effects. ----- Transform properties A P S R O = APSRO Transform property shortcut keys A P S R T Anchor Point A Position P <------ We KF keyframed this POSITION property. Scale S <------ We also animated the SCALE with KFs. Rotation R Opacity opaciTy T T KF = Keyframe KFs are inserted into the timeline. Keyframes are enabled by clicking the STOPWatch for the property. A keyframe looks like a yellow diamond on the timeline. You can park on a keyframe by using the arrow icons for that particular property. You can PARK on keyframes. VIP concept and skill.
